Whether prior (preferably) or during arrival our Team will work with you to plan the full retreat calendar and menus, based on any special dietary requirements and to prepare everything according to your needs and wants. With each meal, we make the extra mile so that you will taste products from the island’s different landscapes. Fish of the day caught by our carefully selected local fisherman, halloumi from Pissouri village and bananas from Pegeia, the famed red soil potatoes from the surrounding region were all chosen one by one to be served in any way you can imagine. Not to mention our wood fired oven bread and pastries and our signature Elaion olive oil, this is just a small glimpse for you to picture.
The light lunch approach
Sometimes it is too hot to eat! Sometimes time in the pool or the sea is more important than food. Still, food is vital to get you going and what better way to do that with a tasty light lunch served at your best convenience, whether it is a wrap, a salad or a pizza we will make sure it will be uniquely tasteful and achieve both our goals.
The full lunch approach
Do you feel you want to go all-in by noon? Fish of the day bbq, grilled chicken or vegetarian pasta for all? Do not worry we will push dinner time further.
Outdoor Experiences and food
With some of our experiences including lunch or dinners feel free to ask for more information from your dedicated host and he will be happy to break it all down for you. A Halloumi making session can be combined with a local lunch at grandma’s kitchen table. A yacht getaway at Cavo Greco with inspiring views and sceneries and a quiet sunset dinner is all that you may wish for. Finally, a trekking adventure ending with a picnic at Cavo Greco National Park would be ideal wouldn’t it?
